Sometimes the best designs are the simplest.

In this brief for the identity and brochure design for shared-ownership apartments in a prestigious address in central London, I was keen to take an elegant and understated approach. Using the finest of typefaces, I created a light and open logo. Restrained yet elegant, it was beautifully offset on a plain white brochure cover.

To sell in the story of the London lifestyle, I used the backdrop of the city in monochromatic simplicity. Snapshots of action provide aspirational glimpses of what life could be in work and play, day and night.

A simple colour palette of copper and white kept the identity clean and elegant.
