About me
Hi, I’m Claire. I’m a designer with over 18 years experience in marketing and visual communications. I’m passionate about creating great designs and high-quality artwork across a wide range of deliverables.
For the past 13 years I’ve worked as a Senior Designer for a marketing agency, delivering print and digital content for a wide variety of clients. Working in many business sectors from Food and Beverage to Construction and Property Development, I’m comfortable with a diverse range of styles. Whether defining a new look and logo, or working within existing brand guidelines, I’m able to adapt to many different approaches. From concept to completion I can help guide you through the creative process and achieve the results you want.
3I am fluent in Adobe CS with a complete repertoire of skills in creating everything for print-ready artwork and digital designs. Experience has taught me good workflow, time management and that all important attention to detail.
Outside of design, I’m kept busy with my two young children. We love nature, day trips, sunny days and picnics. I love to bake and like to kid myself that I’m edging closer to the perfect sourdough… watch this space!

Senior role within a successful marketing communications agency. Over the past 13 years my designs have attracted (and retained) many clients, winning major contracts with Compass Group, Lovell Homes, Network Housing and Keepmoat. My expertise lies in developing new brand identities as well as enhancing existing ones. I’m passionate about tailoring a brands visual language to ‘fit’ their message. From moodboards to logo design, press advertisements to property brochures, I take on many briefs under the umbrella of design.

Freelance DesignerCreative design for an award-winning marketing agency. Projects included books, calendars, PURL pages, advertisements and giveaways for clients like Reed Recruitment, UKHO, Rezidor Hotel Group and First Utility. Packaging design, press advertising and design for print.

Graphic DesignerDesigner for one of the UK’s largest multi-franchise car dealers. Highly commercial and pressurised marketing department. Adept at working within the constrains of manufacturer’s guidelines. Mixture of press, print and web work. Portfolio demonstrates versatility, strong brand consistency and elegant campaign work across a variety of marques including:- Jaguar, Renault, Ferrari, Citroën, Vauxhall, Bentley and Aston Martin and Mercedes.

NI Environment Agency
Graphic DesignerIn-house designer for NIEA, the largest agency within the Department of the Environment, Northern Ireland. Worked independently and managed a diverse range of projects from initial concept stage through to print ready artwork. Played a key role in the development of new design guidelines and the writing of a the subsequent reference manual.
